You Can Eat Healthy On A Budget

The fruits and vegetables at the mobile farmers market are sold at a great price. Unlike grocery stores, the mark-up on the produce is much lower than at your local grocery store. Talk with County Extension agents at the market to learn more about how you can eat healthy without spending a lot of money. They also provide great recipes and food demonstrations.
